I think it was by far the best experience buying a car ever
Extremely excellent service. At any time we were never pressured.
I was completely satisfied and felt we made a very fair deal. The Fusion is awesome!
“I would have preferred to have the sales associate go over the features of my new vehicle. Instead, I’ve used the vehicle manual when I’ve had questions. Unfortunately, the manual is not specific to the particular model of Ford Focus that I purchased, and therefore it has been difficult figuring out what features apply to my particular model. I assume that the salesperson could have mitigated this problem by going over the features of my new car while we were still in the dealership. On the other hand, I went to the dealership knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to purchase, having done my research on the internet at Don Gasgarth’s website. This was very convenient for me as I live far away from the dealership (4 hours) and chose to do business with the dealership based on their reputation. I received excellent treatment. The sales rep delivered to me the vehicle that I wanted, without trying to sell me anything else. The purchase process took a total of 2 hours, and the paperwork was prepared very quickly. The factory warranty was explained to me in detail, and other warranty products were offered to me but not pushed on me. In all, it was a very good purchase experience. At some point in time, I will go back to the dealership to find out about basic maintenance offered by the dealership (i.e. oil changes, tire rotation and balancing, etc.) I do intend to also talk with the sales rep about the features of my car at some time.”
